    • Self-organizing and Whole Team Accountability<\/strong>\n

      • No appointed team leader<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • You either succeed or you fail…..but either way….you do it as a TEAM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        • Delivers a Product Increment<\/strong>\n

          • It is the sum of the\u00a0Product Backlog Items\u00a0delivered each\u00a0Sprint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Delivering\u00a0Potentially Releasable Product each Sprint is fundamental to the Scrum, because when work is divided into simple pieces it can be finished in a short iterations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Requires team collaboration and the right team composition

          • Manages the Sprint Backlog and Sprint Progress Tracking<\/strong>\n
